A word about our adults. Firstly, all the adults associated with the Group, either as leaders or members of our Executive Committee have been thoroughly vetted by the Criminal Records Bureaux following their most stringent procedures.

Secondly, ALL the adults are volunteers, giving their spare time freely to the guidance and development of others. Please bear this in mind when you think you have something to complain about.

Lastly, ALL the adults involved with 2nd Lexden enjoy scouting as much as the children in their care, sometimes more! You too can be part of this.

Other Issues

Due to successful fund raising, the Group now has a good stock of camping equipment so that the outdoor life is available without having to borrow from other Groups. Trouble is, we have nowhere to store it. If you can help in some way, please let me know.
